About Yousuf Khan

I am a senior software engineer based in Bremen, Germany. I have worked in software since 2016, with most of that time spent building full-stack systems for logistics, healthcare, telecommunications, banking, and e-commerce teams. My current work at Kuehne+Nagel focuses on shipment operations. I turn operational requirements into software that people can use throughout the day, then work with engineers and product owners to keep delivery realistic.

How I work

The useful part of my job often starts before code. I ask what decision a user needs to make, what information they have, and where the current process breaks down. From there I help split a broad request into changes a team can ship and support. I care about clear ownership, maintainable boundaries, and direct communication when scope or timing does not add up. Technical focus

My recent backend work uses Java, Kotlin, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, Kafka, GraphQL, and Docker. On the frontend I work with TypeScript, Angular, and React. I have also built delivery pipelines and deployed systems on AWS. This site is a personal portfolio, not a software product or developer platform. It does not provide an API, authentication flow, MCP server, checkout, or automated hiring service.
